Waste Water Treatment in Stainless Steel Tanks

This reference shows the exchange of an existing steel tank.

Waste water treatment in 1.4571 steel tank

The existing tank was made of stainless steel 1.4301. The new tank is made of high quality 1.4571 stainless steel. Isolation was attached to the tank, so it is possible to have temperatured anaerobic processes. This offers the opportunity to gain energy from sewage and leftovers from the production for the production. This example of a company from the beverage and soft drink industry is a classical example for industrial waste water treatment.

Specific requirements

It was important to obtain the GRP cover which succeeded at the end of the renovation. In course of renewing, the floor has been coated as well. The waste water treatment project was realised by our partner Gierten GbR Landtechnik u. Stahlbau.
